How do I return an item?
The following terms apply to all returns:
* Items must be in new or unused condition, including original tags and packaging -
we cannot accept items that have been installed, used, worn or damaged.
* Return requests must be made within 21 days from date of delivery.
* No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number.
* Returned products must be received by Supercyclestore.com within 10 business
days from the date the RMA# is issued.
* Customer must pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to
SuperCycleStore.com.
* Clearance items, Closeout items, Special Order parts, Electrical parts, Fiberglass
parts, including bodywork, undertails, carbon fiber and huggers cannot be
returned or exchanged.
* Returns for a full refund will be subject to a 15-20% restocking fee.
* All credits will be issued to the same payment method used at time of order.
* No return on electrical products unless defective.
